Instructions for use:
Break the logs into smaller pieces so they fit better in the stove and ignite more quickly. If the logs are difficult to break, place a pen under the log on a flat surface and press the ends of the log until it breaks in the middle. You can use the cardboard from the packaging as kindling. Once the fire is properly lit, add one or two whole logs to the flames. Each log burns for about one hour.
Note that coffee logs have a higher heat output than regular wood, so we recommend burning no more than three logs at a time in a stove.
The burn time of one log is just over an hour, and it burns 45% hotter than firewood. The heat value of a coffee log is 6.03 kWh/kg (compared to 4.15 kWh/kg for birch wood).
