Paahtu has grown from an idea to having a lab-tested product, pre-orders and supplier contracts — with only €20k equity funding and €40k in soft funding. Now we’re ready to scale.
We are raising €250k pre-seed funding for 18 months to build our first production line and reduce cost per package by 73%.
With pre-orders, a long waiting list, eager retailers, and committed suppliers, all we need is production.
Our vision
We aim to become an expert in waste-to-value business and a significant supplier of eco-friendly products. Our potential goes beyond Kahviklapi, and we have multiple products in our R&D pipeline: e.g. fire starters and logs with special features.
In the future, we will be able to expand into local waste streams and other coffee ground applications beyond heat generation.
