You can make your purchase directly through our online store. To order products online, browse our selection, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Please note that we reserve the right to change prices if necessary. Once you have paid, the agreed price will be locked in.

Payment Service Provider

The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in collaboration with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Delivery Methods

Our partner Posti will deliver your order to the nearest pick-up point. Typically, your order will arrive within 3–5 business days. The delivery cost is €5.90.

Customers have the option to specify a delivery address other than their home address, such as a summer cottage, workplace, or another address, during the ordering process.

Returns

Upon receiving your purchase, it is important to check for any damage or errors in the shipment. If you notice any issues, please inform us immediately so that we can address the matter promptly.

If the product is returned due to damage during transportation or a defect in the product itself, the customer will receive a full refund, including the purchase price. If the return is due to reasons other than damage or defects, such as a change of mind, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund. Product Storage Instructions

Firewood should be stored in a cool (up to 22 °C), dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. It is important to keep it in a well-ventilated area to maintain its quality and performance. Additionally, ensure that the firewood is stored safely, away from potential ignition sources or fire hazards.
